The C.F. filler is a versatile bag-in-box (BIB) system for filling flexible bags fitted with international standard 1-inch spouts. The non-aseptic C.F. filling systems are widely used within the food and dairy industries. They are particularly well-suited for the filling of liquids such as milk, flavoured milk, milk shakes and sundaes which need to be kept under refrigerated conditions and dense,viscous products (often containing small particles) such as ketchup, mayonnaise, sauces such as pesto, chilli, etc. and shelf-stable syrups and extracts. Special versions have also been developed for dairy and egg products, in order to tackle special requirements associated with hygiene standards (Ultraclean versions) and the need for production flexibility. The C.F. filler can be configured for either automatic or semiautomatic operation in accordance with each customers specific needs or preferences.
